The report provides details of a recent consultation exercise with residents regarding a proposal to introduce a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO).

The Area Committee are requested to consider the proposals detailed in the report.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) providing details on the outcome of a recent consultation exercise with residents concerning a proposal to introduce a traffic regulation order on Brownsville Road, Heaton Moor.

RESOLVED – That the following be approved at an approximate cost of £675 to be funded via the Highway Maintenance and Traffic Management delegated budget (Heatons North ward allocation)

Proposed No Waiting Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm

Brownsville Road, Heaton Moor – east side, from a point 60 metres north of the kerb line of Heaton Moor Road for a distance of 16 metres in a northerly direction.
