The Area Committee are requested to consider an application from Four Heatons Traders Assocation to hold their annual Summer Fayre / Community Festival at Heaton Moor Park and to use St Andrews Road Playing Field for event car parking.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to give consideration to an application from Four Heatons Traders Association to hold their annual Summer Fayre/ Community Festival at Heaton Moor Park and to use St Andrews Road Playing Field for event car parking.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to an application from Four Heatons Traders Association to hold their annual Summer Fayre/ Community Festival at Heaton Moor Park on Sunday 22 June 2014 and for the use of the St Andrews Road Playing Field for event car parking, subject to the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration confirming with the applicant that provision will be made to ensure that the St Andrews Road Playing Field is returned to its original state following the event.
