To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.

The report details proposals for the introduction of No Waiting restrictions on parts of Dark Lane, Osbourne Street and Yew Tree Drive on Bredbury.

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to a package of No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on parts of Dark Lane, Osbourne Street and Yew Tree Drive, Bredbury (as detailed in paragraph 3.1 of the report) at a cost of £1,400 to be funded form the 2013/14 Capital Budget.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) detailing proposals for the introduction of No Waiting restrictions on parts of Dark Lane, Osbourne Street and Yew Tree Drive, Bredbury.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the following scheme at a cost of £1,400 to be funded from the Capital Budget 2013/14:-

No Waiting at Any Time

Osborne Street - North side form a point 24 metres West of the Westerly kerb line of Yew Tree Drive in an Easterly direction to a point 15 metres East of the easterly kerb line of Yew Tree Drive.

Osborne Street - South side from a point 10 metres West of the Westerly kerb line of Dark Lane in an Easterly direction to a point level with the projected Westerly boundary line of No. 98 Osborne Street.

Yew Tree Drive - Both sides from the Northerly kerb line of Osborne Street for a distance of 12 metres in a Northerly direction.

Dark Lane - West side from the junction with Osborne Street in a Southerly direction to the limit of Adopted Highway (a distance of approx. 148 metres).

Dark Lane - East side from the junction with Osborne Street in a Southerly direction to a point 7 metres North of the projected Southerly building line of No. 98 Osborne Street.

Dark Lane - East side from a point 7.5 metres South of the projected Southerly boundary line of No. 8 Fortyacre Drive in a Southerly direction to the limit of Adopted Highway.
