To consider a report of the Executive Councillor (Corporate, Customer & Community Services)
The report provides an overview of complaints, as at the 3rd quarter (October - December) 2013/2014, setting out the outcome of complaints and the lessons learnt.
Executive is asked to:
· Review performance information contained in this report, and
· Comment on the performance measures reported and suggest any additional information that might be collected in future.

The Executive Councillor (Corporate, Customer & Community Services) submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) providing the Executive Meeting with an overview of the complaints received in the third quarter of 2013/13 and outlined the lessons learnt as a result.
RESOLVED – That performance in relation to complaints received in the third quarter of 2013/14 be noted.
