To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.

 The report details proposals for the use of commuted sums for play provision in the Cheadle committee area and requests the Area Committee to give approval to the location of the play area where these sums are to be spent.

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the allocation of £836.55 from development no. 1105 (DC052289, 14 Moseley Road, Cheadle) towards the continued improvement of toddler and young junior play facilities at Bruntwood Park, Cheadle.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated)  detailing a proposal for the use of a new commuted sum for play provision in the Cheadle area and the location of the play area where this sum was to be spent.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the allocation of £836.55 from development no. 1105 (DC052289, 14 Moseley Road, Cheadle) towards the continued improvement of toddler and young junior play facilities at Bruntwood Park, Cheadle.
