The report considers an application from Abney Garden Teas and Friends of Abney Hall Park to hold a Christmas wreath making and carol event at Abney Hall Park Playing Field on 7 and 8 December 2013.
The Area Committee is recommended to grant the application, subject to the production of appropriate papers and event plans.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) in connection with an application from Abney Garden Teas and the Friends of Abney Hall Park to hold a Christmas wreath making and carol event at Abney Hall Park Playing Field on 7 and 8 December 2013.
RESOLVED – That the application from Abney Garden Teas and the Friends of Abney Hall Park to hold a Christmas wreath making and carol event at Abney Hall Park Playing Field on 7 and 8 December 2013 be approved.
