To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.

The report details an application from Belle Vue Racers to hold a 5 mile run through Reddish Vale Country Park on 5 January 2014.

The Area Committee is recommended to grant permission subject to the submission of appropriate event plan and a plan of the rout to be agreed by the Corporate Director in consultation with the Friends of Reddish Vale Country Park.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider an application for the use of Reddish Vale Country Park from The Belle View Racers to hold a trail run on 5 January 2014.

RESOLVED – That the application from The Belle View Racers for the use of Reddish Vale Country Park on 5 January 2014 be approved.
