To consider a joint report of the Council Solicitor and Service Director (Place Management).
The report details a number of objections which have been received in respect of proposals to introduce Traffic Regulation Orders at the junctions of Bruntwood Lane/ Llanberis Road, Henley Avenue/ Hampton Grove and Kingston Place, Cheadle Hulme.
The Area Committee is recommended to make the Order as advertised.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Service Director (Place Management) (copies of which had been circulated) detailing a number of objections which have been received in respect of proposals to introduce Traffic Regulation Orders at the junctions of Bruntwood Lane/ Llanberis Road, Henley Avenue/ Hampton Grove and Kingston Place, Cheadle Hulme.
RESOVLED – (1) That, notwithstanding the objections received, the Order be made as advertised.
(2) That the Service Director (Place Management) be requested to monitor the impact of the introduction of Traffic Regulation Orders at the junction of Llandberis Road and Bruntwood Lane with particular consideration being given to the implementation of those restrictions on Bruntwood Lane at the point where the adopted highway met the pedestrian route through Bruntwood Park.
