To consider an application from Stockport Harriers Athletics Club to hold primary schools cross country races in Woodbank Park on six Saturday mornings from September 2013 to February 2014.

The Area Committee is recommended to grant the application.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Service Director (Place Management) (copies of which had been circulated) in connection with an application from Stockport Harriers Athletics Club to hold primary schools cross country races in Woodbank Park on six Saturday mornings from September 2013 to February 2014.

RESOLVED – That the application from Stockport Harriers Athletics Club to hold primary schools cross country races in Woodbank Park be approved on the following dates:-

-       14 September 2013

-       5 October 2013

-       2 November 2013

-       30 November 2013

-       18 January 2014

-       15 February 2014
