The report advises Members of the findings of a consultation exercise with local residents following concerns regarding the number of vehicles being parked on St Ann’s Road North adjacent to the pedestrian entrance/exit to Cheadle Royal Business Park.

 

The Area Committee is requested to approve a No Waiting at any Time Traffic Regulation Order on St Ann’s Road North, Heald Green.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Service Director (Place Management) (copies of which had been circulated) outlining the findings of a consultation exercise with local residents following concerns regarding the number of vehicles being parked on St Ann’s Road North, Heald Green adjacent to the pedestrian entrance/exit to Cheadle Royal Business Park.

 

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the following ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ Traffic Regulation Order on St Ann’s Road, Heald Green at an approximate cost of £600 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Highway Maintenance and Traffic Management Delegated Budget (Heald Green ward allocation):-

 

Proposed No Waiting at Any Time

 

St Ann’s Road North, Heald Green - east side, from a point 70 metres south of the southerly kerb line of Oakdale Drive (north junction) for a distance of 12.5m in a southerly direction.

 

St Ann’s Road North, Heald Green - east side, from a point 123 metres south of the southerly kerb line of Oakdale Drive (north junction) for a distance of 16m in a southerly direction.

 

St Ann’s Road North, Heald Green - east side, from a point 176 metres south of the southerly kerb line of Oakdale Drive (north junction) for a distance of 60m in a southerly direction.
