A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Service Director (Place Management) (copies of which had been circulated) inviting the Area Committee to consider an application received for the use of Torkington Park between 24 and 30 June 2013.
RESOLVED – That the application from Circus Funtasia for the use of Torkington Park between 24 and 30 June 2013 for an ‘All Human Circus’ be approved.
