The report outlines a number of objections that have been received regarding the proposed implementation of Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO’s) on Heathbank Road, Nursery, Claremont Road, Highfield Road and Southdown Crescent, Cheadle Hulme.
The Area Committee is recommended to make the Order as advertised.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a joint report of the Service Directors (Legal & Democratic Services) and the (Place Management) (copies of which had been circulated) inviting the Area Committee to consider objections received to the proposal to introduce No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on Heathbank Road, Nursery Road, Claremont Road, Highfield Road and Southdown Crescent, Cheadle Hulme to improve parking and road safety in the area.
RESOLVED – That, notwithstanding the objections received, the Order be made as advertised.
