To consider an application received from Houldsworth Working Men’s Club for Ward Flexibility Funding for a grant of £800 (£200 from each ward allocation) towards the cost of refurbishing toilets, replacing and upgrading the sanitation and ventilation and décor, to enhance facilities for members and the wider community.

A representative of the Assistant Director for Legal and Democratic Governance submitted an application received on behalf of Houldsworth Working Men’s Club for Ward Flexibility Funding for a grant of £800 from the Ward Flexibility Budget (£200 from each ward allocation) towards the cost of refurbishing toilets, replacing and upgrading the sanitation and ventilation and décor, to enhance facilities for members and the wider community.

RESOLVED - That approval be given to an application from Houldsworth Working Men’s Club for Ward Flexibility Funding for a grant of £800 from the Ward Flexibility Budget (£200 from each ward allocation) towards the cost of refurbishing toilets, replacing and upgrading the sanitation and ventilation and décor, to enhance facilities for members and the wider community.
