To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.

The report seek approval of a ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on Margaret Street and Rupert Street in Reddish.

The Area Committee is asked to approve the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order at a cost of £800 to be funded from the Delegated Ward Budget and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the following order can be made:

No Waiting at Any Time:

Margaret Street

West side from the Northern kerb line of Rupert Street for a distance of 10 metres in a Northerly direction.

Rupert Street

North side form the Western kerb line of Margaret Street for a distance of 10 metres in a Westerly direction (to tie in with the aforementioned).

A representative of the Assistant Director for Legal and Democratic Governance submitted a report of the Director of Place Management (copies of which had been circulated) which sought approval of a ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on Margaret Street and Rupert Street in Reddish.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Orders and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the order at a cost of £800 to be funded from the Delegated Ward Budget can be made as follows:
