The Area Committee is requested to recommend that the Planning & Highways Regulation Committee be minded to grant planning permission, subject to the satisfactory completion of a S106 Agreement.

 

A site visit should be undertaken by the Visiting Team prior to the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee. If the application is minded to be approved, the decision will need to be deferred and delegated to officers to enable completion of the legal agreement.

Further, that a site visit be undertaken by the Visiting Team prior to the meeting of the Planning & Highways Regulation Committee meeting at which the application will be considered.
