To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.
The application sets out the intention of the Friends of Chadkirk to host their annual Well Dressing Community Event at Chadkirk Country Estate on Saturday 27 July 2024, between 12pm and 5pm (with set up 26 July and close down 29 July).
The Area Committee is requested to grant the application subject to the event organiser obtaining and providing the relevant paperwork at least 2 weeks prior to the event, including any necessary licences, health and safety documentation, insurance certificates, a satisfactory traffic management plan and the payment of agreed fees and charges.

A representative of the Assistant Director for Legal & Democratic Governance submitted a report of the Director of Place Management (copies of which had been circulated) detailing an application from Friends of Chadkirk to host their annual Well Dressing Community Event at Chadkirk Country Estate on Saturday, 27 July 2024, between 12 pm and 5 pm (with set up 26 July and close down 29 July 2024).
RESOLVED – That approval be given to an application received from Friends of Chadkirk to host their annual Well Dressing Community Event at Chadkirk Country Estate on Saturday, 27 July 2024, between 12 pm and 5 pm (with set up 26 July and close down 29 July 2024), subject to all appropriate paperwork and licences being obtained and submitted to the Council at least one week prior to the event taking place.
