To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.

The report outlines the results of a Traffic Services investigation into improving a footpath on Vale Close Heaton Mersey.

The Area Committee is asked to consider the contents of the report and recommend that the Cabinet Member (Parks, Highways and Transport Services) approves the adoption of the footpath under Section 228 of the Highways Act 1980.
