To consider a report of the Assistant Director for Legal and Democratic Governance.

The purpose of this report is to confirm the meeting dates of the Health & Wellbeing Board for the municipal year 2024-25.

The Board is asked to agree to the proposed meeting dates for the next municipal year.

A representative of the Assistant Director for Legal and Democratic Governance submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) confirming the meeting dates of the Health & Wellbeing Board for the municipal year 2024-25.

RESOLVED – That the following dates for the Health & Wellbeing Board meetings for 2024/25 municipal year be agreed:-

·       4 September 2024 at 2pm

·       27 November 2024 at 2pm

·       29 January 2025 at 2pm

·       5 March 2025 at 2pm

A representative of the Assistant Director - Legal & Democratic Governance (Monitoring Officer) submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) presenting the proposed meeting dates of the Health and Wellbeing Board for the 2024/25 municipal year.

RESOLVED – That the following dates for the Health & Wellbeing Board meetings for 2024/25 municipal year be approved and circulated to Board Members:-

·         12 June 2024 at 2pm

·         4 September 2024 at 2pm

·         27 November 2024 at 2pm

·         29 January 2025 at 2pm

·         5 March 2025 at 2pm
