To consider an application for funding from the Brookfield Park Shiers Family Trust received from 2nd Heald Green Girl Guides for a grant of £800 towards the cost planned activities for 20 guides to take place in summer 2024.
Minutes:
A representative of the Assistant Director for Legal & Democratic Governance submitted an application received on behalf of 2nd Heald Green Girl Guides (copies of which had been circulated) which sought funding towards the cost of planned activities for 20 guides to take place in summer 2024.
The applicant attended the meeting to speak to the application and respond to questions from the Sub Committee.
RESOLVED – That approval be given to an application for funding from the Brookfield Park Shiers Family Trust received from 2nd Heald Green Girl Guides for a grant of £800 towards the cost of planned activities for 20 guides to take place in summer 2024.
