To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.
The report provides detail on the proposed Queens Road Bridge Deck scheme and seeks Cabinet Member approval for the scheme to be added to the capital programme and progressed accordingly.
The Area Committee is requested to recommend that the Cabinet Member for Parks, Highway & Transport Services adds the replacement of Queens Road Bridge Deck to the Capital Programme 2024-2025.

Minutes:
A representative of the Assistant Director for Legal & Democratic Governance submitted a report of the Director of Place Management (copies of which had been circulated) providing detail on the proposed Queens Road Bridge Deck scheme and sought Cabinet Member approval for the scheme to be added to the capital programme and progressed accordingly.
It was felt that HGV traffic might not be appropriate for the street, and that this be explored further.
RESOLVED - That the Cabinet Member for Parks, Highway & Transport Services be recommended to add the replacement of Queens Road Bridge Deck to the Capital Programme 2024 - 2025.
