To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.
The report details findings of a consultation exercise and seeks Cabinet Member approval for the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order (Appendix A) on Outwood Road, Heald Green.
The Area Committee is requested to recommend that the Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services approves the Legal Advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order (at Appendix A), and that subject to no objections being made within 21 days from the advertisement date, that the order be made (to be funded wholly by the developer).

A representative of the Assistant Director for Legal & Democratic Governance submitted a report of the Director of Place Management (copies of which had been circulated) which detailed findings of a consultation exercise and sought Cabinet Member approval for the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order (Appendix A) on Outwood Road, Heald Green.
It was asked that any double yellow lines removed due to the resurfacing works be repainted.
RESOLVED – That the Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services be recommended to approve the legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order (at Appendix A), and that subject to no objections being made within 21 days from the advertisement date, that the order be made (to be funded wholly by the developer).
