To consider a joint report of the Director of Place Management and Assistant Director for Legal and Democratic Governance.
The report details objections to the proposed Traffic Regulation Orders for the ATF2 Edgeley to Stockport scheme.
The Area Committee is requested to recommend that the Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services approves the Traffic Regulation Orders for the ATF2 Edgeley to Stockport scheme as originally advertised.

A representative of the Assistant Director for Legal and Democratic Governance submitted joint a report (copies of which had been circulated) of the Director of Place Management and Assistant Director for Legal and Democratic Governance detailing objections to the proposed Traffic Regulation Orders for the ATF2 Edgeley to Stockport scheme.
RESOLVED – That the Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services be recommended to approve the Traffic Regulation Orders for the ATF2 Edgeley to Stockport scheme as originally advertised.
