Woodbank Memorial Park Music Festival Event

To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.
An application has been received from UK Tribute Festivals to host their annual family music festival (Rockstock and On A Summers Night) at Woodbank Memorial Park on Friday 24 May 2024 to Sunday 26 May 2024 inclusive, between 11:00 and 22:30 hours.
The Area Committee is requested to grant the application subject to all appropriate paperwork, fees, health and safety documentation and licences being obtained and submitted to the council at least two weeks prior to the event taking place (with this being confirmed to ward councillors).

A representative of the Assistant Director for Legal and Democratic Governance submitted a report of the Director of Place Management (copies of which had been circulated) detailing an application received from UK Tribute Festivals to host their annual family music festival (Rockstock and On A Summers Night) at Woodbank Memorial Park on Friday 24 May 2024 to Sunday 26 May 2024 inclusive.
RESOLVED – That the application be granted subject to all appropriate paperwork, fees, health and safety documentation and licences being obtained and submitted to the council at least two weeks prior to the event taking place.
