To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.

An application has been received from Heald Green Rate Payers Association to host a ‘Coronation Party’ event at Outwood Road Recreation Ground as part of the King's Coronation celebrations on Saturday 6 May 2023 between 2pm and 9pm (set up and close down between 9am and 10pm).

The Area Committee is requested to grant the application subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions, including any necessary licences, health and safety documentation, insurance certificates, a satisfactory traffic management plan and payment of agreed fees and charges.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to an application received from the Heald Green Rate Payers Association to host a ‘Coronation Party’ event at Outwood Road Recreation Ground as part of the King's Coronation celebrations on Saturday 6 May 2023 between 2pm and 9pm (set up and close down between 9am and 10pm), subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions, including any necessary licences, health and safety documentation, insurance certificates, a satisfactory traffic management plan and payment of agreed fees and charges.
