Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) of planning permission ref: DC/073782 for a revised design and access solution and reduction in number of dwellings to 131 from 133.
The Planning and Highways Regulation Committee is recommended to grant planning permission subject to:-
· conditions; and
· a Section 106 legal agreement to secure the following heads of terms:
o fund the implementation (£8000) of necessary Traffic Regulations Orders; and
o provide any necessary compensation for the loss of three pay and display on-street parking bays on Bamford Street to facilitate the new access.
