RESOLVED – (5 for, 1 against, 3 abstentions) That planning permission be refused on the grounds of proposed overdevelopment of the site which was not in keeping with the street scene, unsustainable parking provision, inappropriate location of the roof garden and concerns relating to privacy and lack of amenity space.
