To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.
An application has been received from BPBMX Club to host their North Regional Race at the Bruntwood Park BMX Track on 14 May 2023 between 8:00 and 20:00 hours.
The Area Committee is requested to grant the application subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions, including any necessary licences, health and safety documentation, insurance certificates, a satisfactory traffic management plan and payment of agreed fees and charges.

A representative of the Assistant Director for Legal and Democratic Governance submitted a report of the Director of Place Management (copies of which had been circulated) detailing an application from BPBMX Club to host their North Regional Race at the Bruntwood Park BMX Track on 14 May 2023.
RESOLVED – That approval be given to an application been received from BPBMX Club to host their North Regional Race at the Bruntwood Park BMX Track on 14 May 2023 between 8:00 and 20:00 hours, subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions, including any necessary licences, health and safety documentation, insurance certificates, a satisfactory traffic management plan and payment of agreed fees and charges.
