An application has been received to host 'Sounds of the Summer' concert events at Cale Green Park on Saturday 20 May, Saturday 17 June, Saturday 15 July and Sunday 27 August 2023 (from 2pm - 7pm).
The event organiser is requested to be mindful that the performances need to end at 7pm promptly, and litter generated by the event is their responsibility to clear.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application received for the hosting of the 'Sounds of the Summer' concert events at Cale Green Park on Saturday 20 May, Saturday 17 June, Saturday 15 July and Sunday 27 August 2023 (from 2pm - 7pm), subject to the organiser obtaining appropriate papers, event plans, health & safety documentation, licenses, insurances and any fees and charges that apply.

A representative of the Director of Place Management submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) detailing an application received to host the ‘Sounds of the Summer’ concert events at Cale Green Park on Saturday 20 May, Saturday 17 June, Saturday 15 July and Sunday 27 August 2023 from 2pm to 7pm.
RESOLVED – That the application be granted subject to the organiser obtaining appropriate papers, event plans, health & safety documentation, licenses, insurances and any fees and charges that apply.
