An application has been received from Alexandra Skate Park Association to host an Alexandra Skate Park Summer Jam event at Alexandra Park on Saturday 10 June 2023, from 10am to 6pm.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application received from Alexandra Skate Park Association to hold their event at Alexandra Park on Saturday 10 June 2023 (10am to 6pm), subject to the organiser obtaining appropriate papers, event plans, health & safety documentation, licenses, insurances and any fees and charges that apply.

A representative of the Director of Place Management submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) detailing an application received from Alexandra Skate Park Association to host an Alexandra Skate Park Summer Jam event at Alexandra Park on Sunday 10 June 2023 from 10am to 6pm.
RESOLVED – That the application be granted subject to the organiser obtaining appropriate papers, event plans, health & safety documentation, licenses, insurances and any fees and charges that apply.
