RESOLVED - That the Planning & Highways Regulation Committee be recommended to (1) request further information about the quality and compliance standards of the proposed development in the light of the Area Committee’s concerns in relation to a potential lack of amenity space; and

 

(2) determine application DC/087229 for change of use from E Class to 11 bedroom House of Multiple Occupation (HMO) (Sui Generis) and external alterations at 109 – 113 Castle Street, Edgeley, Stockport, SK3 9AL.
