To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.

The report details a proposal for the use of delegated ward budget to create a synthetic surface beneath the two picnic benches within the Infants Play Area in Marple Memorial Park.

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the replacement of the loose material under the picnic benches in the Marple Memorial Park Infants Play Area with a synthetic surface at a cost of £800 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Marple North ward allocation).

A representative of the Director of Place Management submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) seeking approval for the use of delegated ward budget to create a synthetic surface beneath the two picnic benches within the Infants Play Area in Marple Memorial Park.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the replacement of the loose material under the picnic benches in the Marple Memorial Park Infants Play Area with a synthetic surface at a cost of £800 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Marple North ward allocation).
