In respect of application DC/086240 regarding the proposed demolition of the existing dwelling and construction of nine dwellings with associated access, parking and private amenity space at 62 Brown Lane, Heald Green, Cheadle, SK8 3RL,

a representative of the applicant spoke in support of the application.

RESOLVED - That the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee be recommended to:
(1) undertake a site visit in light of the Area Committee’s concerns regarding separation distances, height and drainage; and
(2) determine application DC/086240 regarding the proposed demolition of the existing dwelling and construction of nine dwellings with associated access, parking and private amenity space at 62 Brown Lane, Heald Green, Cheadle, SK8 3RL.
