To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.

The report details a proposal to extend the No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on part of Reddish Road.

The Area Committee is recommended to request that the Cabinet Member for Highways, Parks & Leisure Services gives approval to the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Orders and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders at a cost of £660 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Reddish South ward allocation):-

Revoke No Waiting Monday to Saturday 8am – 6.30pm:

Reddish Road

South East side, from a point 4 metres North East of the North Eastern kerb line of Broughton Road for a distance of 6 metres in a North Easterly direction.

Extend No Waiting at Any Time:

Reddish Road

South East side, from a point 4 metres North East of the North Eastern kerb line of Broughton Road for a distance of 6 metres in a North Easterly direction.

A representative of the Assistant Director – Legal and Democratic Governance submitted a report of the Director of Place Management (copies of which had been circulated) detailing a proposal to extend the No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on part of Reddish Road.
