To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.

The report details an application from Wendy Green to hold the annual Paws and Play event in Lumb Lane Park on Monday 1st May 2022 between 10:00 and 18:00, with access required from 9:00 until 19:00.

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the application subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions including Health and Safety paperwork, insurances, site plan and payment of agreed fees and charges.

A representative of the Assistant Director - Legal & Democratic Governance submitted a report of the Director of Place Management (copies of which had been circulated) detailing an application from Wendy Green to hold the annual Paws and Play event in Lumb Lane Park on Monday 1^st May 2023 between 10:00am and 6:00pm, with access required from 9:00am until 7:00pm.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to an application received from Wendy Green to hold the annual Paws and Play event in Lumb Lane Park on Monday 1^st May 2023, subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions including Health and Safety paperwork, insurances, site plan and payment of agreed fees and charges.
