To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.

The report details an application from Bramhall and Woodford Rotary Club to hold their annual Duck Race and Family Fun Day at Bramhall Park on Sunday 21 May 2023 starting at 11:00 until 16:00, with access required from 7:00 until 18:00.

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the application subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions including a Temporary Events Notice, Health and Safety paperwork, insurances and payment of agreed fees and charges.

A representative of the Assistant Director - Legal & Democratic Governance submitted a report of the Director of Place Management (copies of which had been circulated) detailing an application from Bramhall and Woodford Rotary Club to hold their annual Duck Race and Family Fun Day at Bramhall Park on Sunday 21^st May 2023 between 11:00am and 4:00pm, with access required from 7:00am until 6:00pm.

RESOLVED - That approval be given to an application received from Bramhall and Woodford Rotary Club to hold their Duck Race and Family Fun Day event in Bramhall Park on Sunday 21^st May 2023, subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions including a Temporary Events Notice, Health and Safety paperwork, insurances and payment of agreed fees and charges.
