RESOLVED – That planning permission be granted subject to the imposition of a condition in relation to obscure glazing windows, a condition in relation to the roof area of the extension and an informative to ensure that consideration was given regarding the effects of vibrations, mechanical diggers etc on the foundations the neighbouring property of No. 454 Chester Road, to avoid causing any harm to this sixteenth century property or its foundations.
