RESOLVED – (10 for, 1 abstention) That planning permission be granted subject to the imposition of a condition in relation to lighting, a condition to ensure that the Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) was locked, secured and out of use during the hours of community use of the sports hall and an informative in relation to the height and management of the trees on the boundary.
