a)    conditions; and

 

b)   a Section 106 Agreement to secure developer contributions toward open space.

RESOLVED – (1) (11 for, 1 against) That planning permission be refused on the grounds that the proposed development would constitute an overdevelopment of the site, have a detrimental impact on the character of the area, result in a lack of amenity space and overlooking concerns.

 

(2) That Councillor Brian Bagnall be nominated to assist in the defence of any subsequent appeal against the refusal of planning permission.
