To consider an application for Ward Flexibility Funding received from Friends of Highfield Orchard for a grant of £1000 (Cheadle Hulme South ward allocation only) towards the cost of repairing the notice board sign which has become damaged over recent years, correct other local signs, and to obtain hi vis vests and logoed shirts for the volunteers of the group.

A representative of the Friends of Highfield Orchard attended the meeting and submitted an application for a grant of the Ward Flexibility Budget towards the cost of repairing the notice board sign which has become damaged over recent years, correct other local signs, and to obtain hi vis vests and logoed shirts for the volunteers of the group.

RESOLVED - That approval be given to an application from Friends of Highfield Orchard for a grant of £500 from the Ward Flexibility Budget (Cheadle Hulme South ward allocation only) towards the cost of repairing the notice board sign which has become damaged over recent years, correct other local signs, and to obtain hi vis vests and logoed shirts for the volunteers of the group.
