The report details an application received from Friends of Chadkirk Country Estate for a Wassail Event to take place on Saturday the 7th of January 2023.
The Area Committee is recommended to grant the application subject to all appropriate paperwork, licences and fees being submitted to the Council at least one week prior to the event taking place.

A representative of the Assistant Director – Legal & Democratic Governance (Monitoring Officer) submitted a report of the Director of Place Management (copies of which had been circulated) detailing an application received from Friends of Chadkirk Country Estate for a Wassail Event to take place on Saturday, 7 January 2023.
RESOLVED – That the application be granted, subject to all appropriate paperwork, licences and fees being submitted to the Council at least one week prior to the event taking place.
