To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.

 

The report details the findings of a consultation exercise and seeks approval for the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order 'No Waiting At Any Time' on Elm Street, Bredbury and other nearby roads.

 

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Orders, and subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders at a cost of £1,100 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bredbury & Woodley ward allocation):-

Kerridge Drive, Bredbury (Both Sides) - From its intersection with the north western kerb line of Elm Street, for a distance of 10 metres in a North westerly direction.

 

Elm Street, Bredbury (North East Side) - From a point 10 metres south west of the intersection of the south western kerb line of Kerridge Drive to a point, 10 metres north east of the north eastern kerb line of Kerridge Drive.

 

Baytree Drive, Bredbury (Both Sides) - From its intersection with the south eastern kerb line of Elm Street, for a distance of 10 metres in an south easterly direction.

 

Elm Street, Bredbury (South West Side) - From a point 10 metres south west of the intersection of the south western kerb line of Baytree Drive to a point, 10 meters north east of the north eastern kerb line of Baytree Drive.

 

Elm Street, Bredbury West Side)  - From a point 10 metres north west from the projected northern kerb line of Firsby Avenue in a southerly direction for a distance of 24 metres.

 

Firsby Avenue, Bredbury (Both Sides) - From its intersection with the north western kerb line of Elm Street, for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction.

 

Elm Street, Bredbury (East Side) - From a point 10 metres north of the intersection of the north eastern kerb line of Firsby Avenue to a point, 10 metres south of the south eastern kerb line of Firsby Avenue.

 

Elderfield Drive (Both Sides) - From its intersection with the south eastern kerb line of Elm Street, for a distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction.

 

Elm Street (East Side) - From a point 10 meters north east of the intersection of the north eastern kerb line of Elderfield Drive to a point, 10 metres south west of the south eastern kerb line of Elderfield Drive.

 

Lombard Close (Both Sides) - From its intersection with north westerly kerb line of Elm Street, for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction.

 

Elm Street (West Side) - From a point 10 metres north east of the intersection of the north eastern kerb line of Lombard Close to a point, 10 metres south west of the south western kerb line of Lombard Close.

A representative of the Director of Place Management submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) detailing the findings of a consultation exercise and seeking approval for the introduction of a 'No Waiting At Any Time' Traffic Regulation Order on Elm Street, Bredbury and other nearby roads.

 

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Orders, and subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders at a cost of £1,100 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bredbury & Woodley ward allocation):-

Baytree Drive, Bredbury (Both Sides) - From its intersection with the south eastern kerb line of Elm Street, for a distance of 10 metres in an south easterly direction.

 

Elm Street, Bredbury (South West Side) - From a point 10 metres south west of the intersection of the south western kerb line of Baytree Drive to a point, 10 meters north east of the north eastern kerb line of Baytree Drive.

 

Elm Street, Bredbury West Side)  - From a point 10 metres north west from the projected northern kerb line of Firsby Avenue in a southerly direction for a distance of 24 metres.
