RESOLVED – (1) That planning permission be refused on the grounds that the proposed development would result in overdevelopment and a lack of amenity space for the existing and proposed dwelling contrary to policies CS4, H-1 and SIE-1.
(2) That Councillor Andy Sorton be nominated to assist in the defence of any subsequent appeal against the refusal of planning permission.
