In respect of plan no. DC/083954 for the proposed demolition of existing detached residential property and replacement with 2no. detached residential properties at 23 Patch Lane, Bramhall,
a member of the public spoke against the application; and
a representative of the applicant spoke in support of the application.

RESOLVED – That planning permission be refused on the grounds that the proposed development would have an overbearing relationship with the neighbouring properties contrary to Policy H-1 and SIE-1 by virtue of the height, mass and size of the proposed development and consequent detrimental impact on the streetscene.
