Minutes:
Erection of new Lidl food Store (Class E) with associated car parking and Landscaping,
a member of the public spoke against the application; and
a representative of the applicant spoke in support of the application.
It was then
RESOLVED – That planning permission be granted and that the future operation of the Sparthfield and Wellington Road junction be considered following a period of time subsequent to the opening of the store. The Committee specifically asked that consideration was given to the safety of right turning movements onto to A6.
