To consider a joint report of the Director of Place Management and the Strategic Head of Service and Monitoring Officer (Legal and Democratic Governance).
To consider an objection to proposed Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) on Hawthorn Road, Birch Road, Church Road, associated with the Road Safety around Schools scheme for Gatley Primary School, and give approval for the orders to be made as advertised. The TROs as advertised are shown on Drawing No. F/0305/48/GP/002.
The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the orders as advertised.

Minutes:
A representative of the Strategic Head of Service (Legal & Democratic Governance and Monitoring Officer) submitted a report of the Director of Place Management (copies of which had been circulated) detailing an objection received in relation to a package of proposed Traffic Regulation Orders on Hawthorn Road, Birch Road, Church Road, associated with the Road Safety around Schools scheme for Gatley Primary School.
RESOLVED – That, notwithstanding the objection, the orders be made as advertised.
