To consider an application for Ward Flexibility Funding received from Alcoholics Anonymous for a grant of £165 (£55 from Bramhall North, £55 from Bramhall South & Woodford, and £55 from Cheadle Hulme South ward allocations) towards the cost of providing a safe meeting place, refreshments, and resources to support members.

A representative of the Strategic Head of Service (Legal & Democratic Governance and Monitoring Officer) submitted an application received on behalf of Alcoholics Anonymous for a grant of £165 (£55 from Bramhall North, £55 from Bramhall South & Woodford, and £55 from Cheadle Hulme South ward allocations) towards the cost of providing a safe meeting place, refreshments, and resources to support members.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to an application from Alcoholics Anonymous for a grant of £165 from the Ward Flexibility Budget (£55 from Bramhall North, £55 from Bramhall South & Woodford, and £55 from Cheadle Hulme South ward allocations) towards the cost of providing a safe meeting place, refreshments, and resources to support members.
