To consider an application for Ward Flexibility Funding received from Heatons Sports Club for a grant of £800 (£400 from Heatons North and £400 from Heatons South wards allocation) towards the cost of replacing one set of rugby posts and purchasing essential equipment which will benefit the juniors and local community that utilise the pitch.

A representative of the Strategic Head of Service (Legal & Democratic Governance and Monitoring Officer) submitted an application received on behalf of Heatons Sports Club for a grant from the Ward Flexibility Funding Budget towards the cost of replacing one set of rugby posts and purchasing essential equipment which will benefit the juniors and local community that utilise the pitch.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to an application from Heatons Sports Club for a grant of £800 (£400 from Heatons North and £400 from Heatons South wards allocation) towards the cost of replacing one set of rugby posts and purchasing essential equipment which will benefit the juniors and local community that utilise the pitch.
