To consider a report of the Director of Place Management.

To report details proposed highway maintenance schemes on Hallgate Drive, Pymgate Drive, Motcombe Grove, and Pymgate Lane, Heald Green.

The Area Committee is asked to consider the proposed maintenance schemes and authorise the Director of Place Management to order the works, to be funded from the Heald Green ward delegated budget at a total cost of £17,900:-

·         Hallgate Drive (full length), Heald Green – Footway Slurry Seal totalling £4,100.00.

·         Pymgate Drive (full length), Heald Green – Footway Slurry Seal totalling £4,800.00.

·         Motcombe Grove (House Number 1 to 7), Heald Green – Footway Slurry Seal totalling £6,000.00.

·         Pymgate Lane (Motcombe Road to Motcombe Grove), Heald Green – Footway Slurry Seal totalling £3,000.00.

A representative of the Strategic Head of Service (Legal & Democratic Governance and Monitoring Officer) submitted a report of the Director of Place Management (copies of which had been circulated) detailing a proposal to undertake a number of highway maintenance schemes in the Heald Green area.

RESOLVED - That approval be given to the following highway maintenance schemes on Hallgate Drive, Pymgate Drive, Motcombe Grove, and Pymgate Lane, Heald Green at a total cost of £17,900 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Heald Green ward allocation):-

·         Hallgate Drive (full length), Heald Green – Footway Slurry Seal totalling £4,100.00.

·         Pymgate Drive (full length), Heald Green – Footway Slurry Seal totalling £4,800.00.

·         Motcombe Grove (House Number 1 to 7), Heald Green – Footway Slurry Seal totalling £6,000.00.

·         Pymgate Lane (Motcombe Road to Motcombe Grove), Heald Green – Footway Slurry Seal totalling £3,000.00.
