The report details the findings of a consultation exercise and seeks approval for the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO).
The Area Committee is asked to give approval to the legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) set out in appendix A (Drawing No. NM8-5192) and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders at a cost of £800 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Marple South & High Lane ward)

A representative of the Strategic Head of Service & Monitoring Officer (Legal & Democratic Governance) submitted a report of the Director of Place Management (copies of which had been circulated) detailing the findings of a consultation exercise and seeking approval for the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO).
RESOLVED – That approval be given to the legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) set out in appendix A (Drawing No. NM8-5192) and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders at a cost of £800 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Marple South & High Lane ward).
