Demolition of single-storey garage, site clearance and erection of a 2-bedroom, 2-storey detached house.

The Area Committee is asked to consider the application, and in the case that the committee agree in principal that the application should be granted subject to conditional control, to defer and delegate the determination of the application to the Director of Place Management to allow completion of the legal agreement.
